Women in Business • Networking & Prayer
A monthly gathering of women entrusted with influence, coming together in
Christ to pray, connect and steward leadership with purpose.
ABOUT THE ESTHER CIRCLE
The Esther Circle exists to bring together women in business who recognize that influence carries responsibility. We believe that leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional authority are not accidental positions, but opportunities to steward wisdom, courage, and faith in the places where decisions are made and lives are impacted.
This gathering is not about titles, hierarchy, or performance. It is about posture. We come together as women operating in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship to support one another personally and professionally through prayer, encouragement, and honest connection. We believe prayer is not passive — it is foundational. It shapes how we lead, how we serve, and how we engage with our work, our city, and the world.
The name The Esther Circle is inspired by Esther’s story of courage, discernment, and obedience. Esther did not seek influence for its own sake, but when entrusted with it, she chose prayer, wisdom, and action at a pivotal moment. We believe women today are similarly positioned, and that gathering together in prayer matters.
THE GATHERING
Front Door Access Code: 258000
Esther Circle is a place for women to gather, build meaningful connections, encourage one another, and come together in prayer.
If there is something weighing on your heart, a challenge you’re facing, or simply a desire to spend time with other faith-minded women, we would love to have you join us.
Please know that there is absolutely no pressure to pray out loud or participate in any way that makes you uncomfortable. Some women come seeking prayer, some come to pray for others, and some simply come to listen and be encouraged. All are welcome.
We look forward to spending the evening together.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each gathering is designed to be thoughtful, respectful, and unpressured. While the flow may evolve over time, a typical evening includes:
- Networking and informal connection
- Introductions and shared context
- Time for prayer requests and group prayer
- Open conversation and feedback about what participants would like to see this become
This is a space for listening as much as speaking, and for unity rather than performance.
FUTURE PLANS & POSSIBILITIES
The Esther Circle is intentionally starting small and local, but we are open to what this community may grow into over time. Future considerations may include:
- Fundraising initiatives aligned with faith-based causes
- Additional local or national chapters
- A national prayer network for women in business
- Structured prayer and fasting opportunities
- Coordinated prayer chains during times of need
- Retreats, gatherings, or special events
We believe growth should be organic, prayer-led, and shaped by the women who gather.

IF YOU’RE INTERESTED BUT SHY ABOUT PUBLIC PRAYER
You are welcome here.
Not everyone is comfortable praying out loud, especially in a group setting — and that is completely okay. You are welcome to attend quietly, to request prayer and be prayed for, or to simply be present. We will have a clear and respectful way for anyone to pass during prayer without explanation or awkwardness.
Your presence is valued, and participation looks different for everyone.
CURIOUS BUT NOT A CHRISTIAN?
You are also welcome.
If you are a woman in business who is curious about the Christian faith but does not yet identify as Christian, we’re glad you’re interested. The Esther Circle is a space of respect, hospitality, and learning. There is no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level, and no assumptions will be made about where you are on your faith journey.
Curiosity is honored here.
